The aim of the attached questionnaire is to collect information on the recent flooding in Bandon.
The results will assist in preparing a framework for reducing the impact of flooding in the future.

This is a golden opportunity to record the effect of the flood on the people and businesses of Bandon and the surrounding area.

Instructions:
1. Download the attached file.
2. Print off the document - Page 1 is an introduction while pages 2,3,4 & 5 will require your replies.
3. Send it to EnviroManagement Services, 11 Riverview, O Dohertys Road, Bandon.

The report will be made available for free to the local community and other agencies when completed.
